You need to know how to attract more subscribers to your blog feed. It isn’t enough that you have invited them or that you have installed that cute “subscribe to me” email form from feedburner. Visitors should have more than the reasons they could possibly need for them to subscribe to you. To make it simple, here are the two main reasons why readers subscribe to your blog.
1. They like your content so much they truly want to be updated of everything you write about!
2. They saw some free items you offered for those who would subscribe to your feed. 
What could you offer for free? It depends on how rich you are. It is very rare though that I see people offering free T-shirts and mugs to those who will subscribe, haha. You could offer free e-books instead, e-books that are related to the topic you are discussing in your blog. If possible, provide not just one but several e-books!
